I’m f*cking busy.
Busy to the point where I question how I manage my time.
That was me in April 2025.
Cook. Clean. Write.
Me in June 2025?
Cook. Clean. Write. Write for my client. Plan a new growth engine.
Yeah, my workload tripled.
And now I’m questioning my time management again.
But I don’t complain.
Whenever I feel stuck, I lean back and ask myself one question.
Because questions lead to reflection.
And if we’re honest with ourselves, asking the right hard questions can change everything.
Of course, it’s not just any question.
I did some digging. Studied a bunch of time management methods.
Now I’ve distilled what I’ve learned into five questions.
Hope they help you manage your time, too.
(Note: I’ll share my own answers to these soon.)
Saturday Reflection
Q1: How many hours a week are you losing to mental friction? Not the task itself, but the overthinking, the procrastination, the hesitation.
Q2: What is one thing you can do today that will give you more time tomorrow?
Q3: You only have 168 hours each week. You can’t do everything. If you had to stop doing one thing, what would it be?
Q4: What is one task you can delegate or eliminate right now without anything breaking?
Q5: What are the top three small, repetitive time-wasters that quietly steal hours from your week?
Time escapes us faster than we ever know. I'm pondering answers to all your questions here. I'm looking forward to hearing more about your time management strategies. Hang in there!
